USA / Mexico and other American countries: About 15 days
UK / FR /DE: Ungefähr 7 Tage
ES / IT / HU / PT and other European countries: About 7~12 days
Notes: Usually it takes 7~30 days or so, especially some remote areas. Due to coronavirus (COVID-19), the delivery may be delayed than usual in some countries or areas. We will ship several small gifts together and arrange it asap.

The warranty does not cover damage caused by accident, misuse, abuse, neglect, lightning, power surges, unauthorized product modification, or repairs. This warranty covers the replacement of the broken unit at our discretion. If it's not product quality itself, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
Refunds Policy (if applicable)

Exchanges (if applicable)

If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive small gifts from our official website.
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
